Through the case research on consortium acquisition of CNKI digital resources in Shenzhen, this paper discusses the implementation process of its acquisition, analyzes the problems to be focused on, and puts forward some strategies, such as strengthening the organization management and cooperation, enhancing the investigation of the present situation and resource assessment, optimizing negotiation strategies and constructing the mechanism of interests balance.
