摘要
我国出口型代工中小企业在嵌入发达国家主导的全球价值链时形成了俘获型治理模式,全球经济低迷直接导致大批代工中小企业微利或者亏损运营,甚至倒闭。互联网经济改善了中小企业在价值链中的地位,为中小企业进行转型升级创造了重大发展机遇。出口型代工中小企业的价值链升级路径可以分为技术进步协同品牌发展、集群化的产业链延伸、"互联网+"实现市场多元化三大模式。本文作者建议打造企业"众筹"创新模式、发挥行业领导者领军作用共同培育行业品牌、充分发挥电子商务平台在营销环节的积极作用,帮助出口型代工中小企业获取竞争优势或者核心竞争力,实现价值链升级。
The global economy is characterized by global value chain(GVC),the GVC captive governance pattern is forged when Chinese small and mediumsized export-oriented enterprises embedded in developed countries led GVC. The global economic downturn directly led to a large number of OEM enterprises under low or loss of profit or even collapsing. The high speed development of the Internet economy is improving the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the value chain, which create huge opportunities for the value chain upgrading. The upgrading paths of small and medium-sized OEM enterprises can be divided into three types: the synergy strategy of brand expansion with technical progress, domestic value chain extension of industry clusters, and market diversification through internet. The author suggests that create the innovative platform based on enterprise cooperation, encourage leading enterprises to play a major role in cultivating well-known brands, and give a full and active play of E-commerce platforms in marketing activities. All of these measures will help small and medium-sized OEM enterprises to obtain competitive advantages or even core competence, and achieve upgrading in the GVC.
