摘要
基于知识管理过程构建知识管理实施结果的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,通过模糊综合评价对国内部分地区高新技术企业的知识管理绩效实施结果进行对比研究,并提出改进建议。
Based on literature review of knowledge management（KM） process,this paper builds an indicator system of KM performance evaluation. Using AHP to determine the factor weights, KM Performance of some high-technological companies in Beijing, Guangdong and Shanxi Province are evaluated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and some suggestions for the companies are put forward.
