核桃外果皮提取液对蚜虫杀虫活性试验

Study on the Bioactivity Toxicity Extracts from Walnut Peel against Aphid

试验以核桃干外果皮为材料,研究核桃外果皮提取液对蚜虫的杀虫活行。试验采用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、水、氯仿、丙酮5种不同的溶剂从核桃青皮中制备提取液,测定其对麦蚜、菊蚜的杀虫活性。结果表明:水提液对蚜虫无毒杀作用;乙醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、丙酮提取液对蚜虫具有较高的毒杀活性,其中以乙醇提取液的毒杀效果最佳。

The test with dry walnut epicarp as materials, the research aimed to study the toxicity of walnut peel extract on aphid. Experiment with ethanol, ethyl acetate, water, chloroform, acetone five different solvent from the extract prepared from Walnut, measured on wheat and chrysanthemum aphids insecticidal activities. The results show that： water extracts of have no toxic effects on aphids; ethanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, acetone extracts of aphids has high insecticidal activities, in which the ethanol extracts of the toxic effect of the best.
