摘要
为了研究次氯酸钠对植物组培苗的消毒效果。在MS培养基的基础上,以胡萝卜根、兰花叶片、蔷薇茎段为试验材料,对这3种材料分别用酒精和次氯酸钠进行消毒,研究次氯酸钠对3种典型的植物以及3种典型的取材部位的消毒效果。结果显示,单独使用次氯酸钠消毒并不能起到良好的效果,而使用2%的次氯酸钠消毒10 min联合0.1%的升汞消毒8 min对蔷薇、兰花、胡萝卜愈伤组织的诱导效果最好。该研究结果为利用次氯酸钠消毒不同被子植物提供了试验依据,为研究提供了便利。
In order to study sodium hypochlorite disinfection effect on plant tissue seedling cultivation. On the basis of MS medium, we used carrot root, orchid leaf, rose stem as testing materials to study disinfectant effects of sodium hypochlorite on 3 species of plants and 3 typical testing parts of testing plants, all of the 3 kinds of materials were sterilized with alcohol and sodium hypochlorite respectively. The results showed that using sodium hypochlorite alone cannot achieve good disinfectant effects, but using 2 percent of sodium hypochlorite 10 minutes in combination with using 0.1 percent mercury by 8 minutes, it can achieve the best result for roses, orchids, carrot callus induction. The result of the research provided experimental basis for sodium hypochlorite sterilizing different angiosperm, and convenience for the further research.
