乙烯刺激对橡胶树磷素营养代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effect on Phosphorus Metabolism Disorders by Ethylene Stimulus on Heavea brasiliensis

摘要 为分析乙烯对橡胶树磷素营养代谢的影响,以PR107、RY7-33-97、RY8-79三个品系为材料进行总固形物含量、全磷、无机总磷、B-乳清无机磷、C-乳清无机磷、核酸等生理指标与磷转运蛋白Hbpht1:1基因表达在一个乙烯刺激周期内相关性分析。结果表明:不同品系的橡胶树对乙烯敏感性不同:PR107对乙烯刺激最敏感、RY7-33-97次之、RY8-79最不敏感。每个刀次内,乙烯刺激割胶使Pi随排胶时间延长不断流失,乙烯处理组与对照组磷转运基因Hbpht1:1表达量均有不同程度上升,其中,乙烯处理组表达量显著高于乙烯不处理组。磷转运基因Hbpht1:1表达量变化与生理指标的变化有明显相关性。本研究为橡胶分子育种提供依据。 The objection of this study is to analyze the effect on phosphorus metabolism disorders by ethylene stimulus on Heavea brasiliensis, taking rubber latex of"PR107","RY7-33-97","RY87-9"as test materials. The discrepancy analysis on latex physiology such as total solids content, total phosphorus content, total inorganic phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus of latex B-serum and latex C-serum content, nucleic acids content and the gene expression of Pi transporter Hbpht1: 1. Results showed that different strains of rubber tree have different reaction to the ethrel stimulation: the most sensitive to the ethrel stimulation was PR107, the second was RY7-33-97, the least was RY8-79. Combined with the physiological index related to phosphorus and the Hbpht1: 1 expression changes, there was a correlation between Hbpht1: 1 expression and adversity physiological indexes. And the Hbpht1:1 expression in stimulated rubber tree by ethylene was higher than that of not stimulated. So that, the function of Hbpht1: 1 may be relevant to the latex physiology. This study provides a basis for further research on molecular breeding of rubber.
