PDCA cycle in improving the mass balance of infant dexamethasone acetate cream

目的探讨PDCA循环模式在医院制剂生产中改善物料平衡值的应用及可行性,保证制剂质量的同时提高经济效益。方法以本院自制小儿醋酸地塞米松乳膏为例,计算每批小儿醋酸地塞米松乳膏的物料平衡值,运用PDCA循环理论对物料平衡值的现状进行原因分析、制定干预措施,通过对每批生产的改进,使生产环节标准化,得到稳定且较高的物料平衡值。结果运用PDCA循环后,本院小儿醋酸地塞米乳膏物料平衡值的持续改善达到预期目标。结论 PDCA循环用于改善小儿地米乳膏物料平衡值效果显著,可在医院其他自制制剂中推广使用。

Objective To determine the use and feasibility of PDCA mode in the improvement of mass balance of self-made preparation in our hospital, and to ensure the quality of the preparation and improve the economic efficiency. Methods Infant dexamethasone acetate cream was used as an example, and PDCA mode was applied to improve the mass balance by improving production and obtaining a stable and higher value of material balance. Results With PDCA, we improved the mass balance in infant dexamethasone acetate cream. Conclusion PDCA obviously improves the mass balance in infant dexamethasone acetate cream. It may be used in other hospital preparations.
