参附注射液治疗慢性肾衰并发急性左心衰患者疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Shen Fu Injection on Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Complicated with Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:观察参附注射液治疗慢性肾衰并发急性左心衰患者的疗效。方法:78例慢性肾衰并发急性左心衰的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组给予综合治疗和血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用参附注射液治疗。结果:2组治疗后的肌酐、尿素氮与治疗前比较,均显著改善(P<0.05),2组治疗后的肌酐、尿素氮相比较,2组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后的EF%、BNP与治疗前比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05),2组治疗后的EF%、BNP比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液治疗慢性肾衰并发急性左心衰可改善患者的心、肾功能,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on patients with chronic renal failure complicated with acute left heart failure. Methods： 78 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given comprehensive treatment and hemodialysis treatment. The observation group was treated with Shenfu injection on the control group. Results： Af- ter treatment, creatinine and urea nitrogen were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The EF% and BNP of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The EF% and BNP in the two groups were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection can improve the heart and kidney function of patients with chronic renal failure complicated with acute left heart failure.
