扶阳生血膏方防治肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床研究

Therapeutic Effect of Fu Yang Sheng Xue Paste Recipe for Post-chemotherapy Bone Marrow Depression in Malignant Tumor Patients

目的:观察扶阳生血膏方对化疗所致的骨髓抑制的防治效果。方法:将60例化疗患者随机分为膏方治疗组和单纯化疗组各30例。2组均以西医标准化疗方案给予化疗,膏方治疗组在常规对症支持治疗的基础上给予扶阳生血膏方口服治疗,单纯化疗组仅给予常规对症支持治疗。2组均以21d为1个疗程。观察2组患者各度骨髓抑制发生的例数以及治疗前后血象、中医证候的变化。结果:化疗后10d,膏方治疗组骨髓抑制的发生率较单纯化疗组明显降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后10d,膏方治疗组外周血WBC、PLT下降水平较单纯化疗组轻,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后20d,膏方治疗组与单纯化疗组的WBC、PLT水平均上升,但膏方治疗组上升水平高于单纯化疗组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一个疗程结束后膏方治疗组的中医证候疗效优于单纯化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:扶阳生血膏方能减轻化疗所致的骨髓抑制,改善中医证候。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of fu yang sheng xue paste recipe for post-chemotherapy bone marrow depression in malignant tumor patients. Methods： A prospective , randomized and controlled trial was carried out in 60 patients. The patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given standardized chemotherapy. Additionally , treatment group was treated with fu yang sheng xue paste recipe. Twenty one days constituted onetreatment course. The incidence of bone marrow depression was observed , and the changes of hemogram , clinical symptom scores , quality of life before and after treatment were also investigated. Results ： Ten days after chemotherapy , white blood cell （ WBC ） count, platelet （ PLT ）level were decreased slightly , and the dif- ference was significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05） . Twenty days after chemotherapy , WBC and PLT level was increased in the treatment group （P〈0.05 compared with the control group ）. The main clinical symptoms of patients with post-chemothereapy bone marrow depression were relieved in the treatment group （ P〈0.05 compared with the control group ） . Conclusion： Fu yang sheng xue paste recipe is effective and safe for the treatment of post- chemotherapy bone marrow depression in malignant tumor patients.
