手术结合中医药治疗重度精索静脉曲张不育症患者临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Patients with Severe Varicosity Infertility Due to the Combination of Operation and Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨手术结合中医药治疗重度精索静脉曲张不育症临床疗效。方法:选择62例重度精索静脉曲张不育症患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组,每组31例。对照组采用手术加西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用生精逐瘀汤。治疗后半年对比2组精液情况(精子密度、活动率)及外周血性激素[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、性激素睾酮(T)]水平变化情况,统计配偶怀孕率。结果:治疗前2组精子密度、活动率、LH、FSH、T水平相比无明显差异,治疗后研究组各指标优于对照组,差异显著;研究组配偶怀孕率(74.19%)高于对照组(48.39%),差异有统计学意义。结论:手术结合中医药治疗重度精索静脉曲张不育症效果显著,可有效改善其精液质量及外周血性激素水平,提高配偶受孕率。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy the treatment of severe cases of infertility due to infertility. of operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in Methods： According to the different treatment methods, 62 severe patients with infertility were divided into control group（n=31） and study group（n=31）.The control group was only treated by operation, and the study group was treated with Shengjing Zhuyu decoction and operation.Half a year after treatment, two groups of sperm （sperm density and activity rate） and peripheral blood hormone luteinizing hormone（LH）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）, sex hormone testosterone（T） level changes]were compared, pregnancy rate was counted. Results： Before treatment, there was no significant difference in sperm density, activity rate, LH, FSH and T levels between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; The pregnancy rate（74.19%） of the study group was higher than that of the control group（48.39%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe infertility has obvious effect, can effectively im- prove the quality of their semen and peripheral blood hormone levels, improve the pregnancy rate of spouse.
