益气健脾通便方对慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠组织NSE及VIP的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察益气健脾通便方对慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠组织神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:45只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、益气健脾通便方组,吗啡诱导建立STC大鼠模型。观察大鼠一般情况,测定结肠组织NSE、VIP含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠首次排便时间延长,粪便质量明显减少,结肠组织中NSE及VIP含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,益气健脾通便方组首次排便时间缩短,粪便重量增加,结肠组织中NSE及VIP含量较模型组相对升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾通便方能有效治疗慢传输型便秘,其作用可能与提升结肠组织中NSE及VIP含量密切相关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction on the content of VIP and vasoactive intestinal peptide(NSE) in the colon of slow transit constipation rats, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 45 rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian group, morphine induced STC rat model. Re- suits: Compared with the control group, the first defecation time in the model group was prolonged, the quality of feces was significantly decreased, and the contents of NSE and VIP in the colon tissue were significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, The levels of NSE and VIP in colonic tissue were significantly higher than those in model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction can effectively treat slow transit constipation, and its effect may be related to the enhancement of NSE and VIP in colonic tissue.
