良性阵发性位置性眩晕前庭康复过程中的护理

Nursing care in vestibular rehabilitation for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的:探讨良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者前庭康复治疗过程中的护理经验。方法:按随机数字表将76例BPPV住院患者分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,对照组给予复位治疗和药物治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上接受前庭康复训练,配合心理护理、眩晕护理、饮食护理及复位指导,分别观察2组患者治疗1周和2周后的临床效果,并经过一年回访,观察记录2组患者BPPV复发情况。结果:治疗1周时观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组病例治疗2周时的治愈率及1年复发率则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过加行前庭康复训练及护理可使BPPV患者的短期治愈率明显提高,可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore nursing experience of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （BPPV） during vestibular rehabilitation. Methods： A total of 76 patients with BPPV were divided into observation group and control group randomly, 38 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with particle repositioning maneuvers; the patients in observation group with particle repositioning maneuvers plus vestibular rehabilitation as well as psychological care, dizziness care, diet care and education. Therapeutic effectiveness in two groups was measured after treatment for one and two weeks respectively. With 1-year follow-up after treatment, the recurrence of BPPV in patients of two groups was evaluated. Results： The I-week cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. However there was no significant difference in the 1-week cure rates or 1-year recurrent rates between the patients of two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Particle repositioning maneuvers combined with vestibular rehabilitation may improve the short-term efficacy of treatment for BPPV and the quality of life of patients, with a decrease in the recurrence of BPPV.
