摘要 针对微型植物工厂设计了一种营养液监测和调节系统,以实现植物生长周期的营养液配比的智能调节。该系统以单片机STM32L151RCT6为主控芯片,采用缓冲放大器AD8603和高精度ADC芯片AD7793实现pH的监测,采用基于ADG715八通道开关和AD5934的高精度阻抗转换器系统实现电导率和液温的监测,采用DRV8825步进电机控制芯片驱动蠕动泵实现营养液自动调配模块,采用MRF24WG0MA实现通过WiFi将数据传输至主控软件、并接收软件的控制命令实现营养液的调节。该系统电路结构简单,实际测试结果表明,该系统可以实现较高精度的pH(<0.05)、电导率(<30μS/cm)和水温(<0.2°C)测量,以及营养液浓度和pH的调节,可以用于植物工厂生长系统的营养液调节。 For micro plant factory monitoring and control system, design a nutrient solution to achieve the plant nutrient solution formula of the growth cycle of intelligent control. The system uses STM32L151RCT6microcontroller as main control chip, uses AD8603 buffer amplifier and high resolution ADC chip AD7793 to realize the potential of hydrogen (pH) monitoring, uses high precision based on eight channel switch ADG715 and AD5934 conductivity impedance converter system to realizeconductivity and temperature monitoring, uses peristaltic pump which driven by DRV8825 stepper motor control chip to realize nutrient dosing module, and uses MRF24WGOMA to realize WiFi connectivity with master control software. Test has proved that the system can achieve high precision of pH(〈0.05), conductivity(〈30 μS/cm)and temperature (〈0.2℃ ) measurement, as well as p H and nutrient composition of automatic adjustment, can meet the online high precision measurement and control of plant growth system.
