摘要 遥感技术是空间观测的技术,航天光学遥感器在国家安全保障、气象预报、灾害监测等方面正发挥着巨大的作用。在轨飞行过程中,为了更高质量地完成工作任务,不可避免地要对活动部件进行调节。步进电机具有较高的开环控制精度,控制简单,输出力矩稳定。为了满足精度较高和稳定的力矩,实验提出四相八拍的控制方案,采用FPGA作为步进电机的控制器,设计斩波调整的方案调整电压和硬件电流闭环的方案调整电流,设计驱动板的硬件电路,最后通过软件实现参数测量。系统提高了步进电机控制的精度,改善了力矩的稳定性,为遥感器的活动部件控制提出了新的方案。 Remote sensing technology is a space observation technology, aerospace optical remote sensor is playing a huge role in the national security, weather forecasting, disaster monitoring and so on. In-flight flight, in order to complete the task with higher quality, we inevitably will adjust the moving parts. Stepper motor has a high open-loop control accura- cy, simple control, stable output torque. In order to meet the accuracy of high precision and stability of the torque, the experiment proposed four-phase eight-step control scheme, using FPGA as a stepper motor controller. Design chopping adjustment program to adjust the voltage and hardware current closed-loop scheme to adjust the current, board hardware circuit, and finally through the software to achieve parameter measurement. The system improves the precision of the stepping motor control and improves the stability of the torque, and puts forward a new scheme for the control of moving parts of the remote sensor.
