布地奈德与沙丁胺醇对支气管肺炎患儿的疗效及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平变化分析

目的探讨布地奈德与沙丁胺醇对支气管肺炎患儿的疗效及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2016年10月接受治疗的110例支气管肺炎患儿,根据住院单双号分为观察组和对照组各55例,两组均给予止咳、化痰、抗炎等基础治疗,观察组同时采用布地奈德与沙丁胺醇治疗,对比两组患儿的临床症状缓解及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。结果观察组的体温恢复、咳嗽消失、气促消失、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗5天后,观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5天后,观察组痊愈率50.91%、显效率43.64%、无效率5.45%,对照组痊愈率36.36%、显效率50.91%、无效率12.73%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德与沙丁胺醇对支气管肺炎患儿的临床症状、血清炎症因子均具有显著的改善作用,能提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide and salbutamol on children with bronchial pneumonia curative effect and serum IL-6, TNF-α levels. Method A total of 110 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia from November 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital for treatment of pediatric patients, according to the divided into combined group and control group of 55 cases, two groups were treated with cough, phlegm, anti-inflammatory therapy, combined with budesonide and salbutamol in the treatment group, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared, alleviate moisture pulmonary fimction, serum tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） level of influence. Result The combination group body temperature recovery time, cough disappeared, shortness of breath disappeared, pulmonary rales disappeared time was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; aider 5 days of treatment, the combination group of serum 1L-6, TNF-α were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）; after 5 days of treatment, combination group the cure rate was 50.91%, effective rate 43.64%, effective rate of 5.45%, the control group was 36.36%, markedly effective rate was 50.91%, no efficiency was 12.73%, with significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide and salbutamol on bronchial pneumonia in children with clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, serum inflammatory factors were obviously improved, can improve the clinical efficacy.
