摘要
采用磷酸-铝盐法去除挥发窑尾气高氟吸收液中的氟,并进行了磷酸、铝盐加入量及温度、pH值等多项条件的系列试验。试验得出,当含氟430 mg/L时,在温度为50℃,搅拌条件下,铝盐加入量为3 g/L,磷酸加入量为0.075 m L/L,加碳酸钙调pH值到4.0~4.5时除氟率可以达到90.33%,除氟效果很好,具有很大的推广应用价值。
Phosphoric acid-aluminum salt method was used to remove the fluorine in volatilizezing kiln tail gas adsorption solution and tests on dosage of phosphoric acid and aluminum salt,temperature and p H value were carried out. Results show that when fluorine content is 430 mg/L,fluorine removal efficiency can reach 90. 33%under conditions of 50 ℃,aluminum salt 3 g/L,phosphoric acid 0. 075 m L/L and pH 4. 0 ~ 4. 5. Satisfying defluorination performance can be obtained by this method and thus it enjoys great value of popularization and application.
