基于水泥行业的大气环境容量分析及污染控制对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 石家庄水泥产业集中度相对较低,产能过剩,生产管理和污染控制水平相对落后,颗粒物、氮氧化物等污染物排放问题一直相对突出。随着空气质量新标准的实施,石家庄市空气质量总体达到二级标准限值难度较大,尤其是在人为污染源活动频繁以及气象条件不利于大气污染物扩散的冬季,九成多天数出现污染物超标情况。因此,如何对石家庄市水泥行业污染物排放进行治理,使得大气环境质量总体稳定并逐步改善,避免严重的区域性空气污染,成为当前和未来一段时间内大气环境污染控制工作的主要目标。 The concentration of cement industry in Shijiazhuang is relatively low,excess capacity,production management and pollution control level is relatively backward,particulate matter,nitrogen oxides and other pollutants emissions has been relatively prominent. With the implementation of new air quality standards,the overall air quality in Shijiazhuang city is difficult to reach the maximum level two standard, especially in the man-made pollution source and frequent weather conditions are not conducive to the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants in winter,more than 90% days of pollutants exceed the standard. Therefore,how to Shijiazhuang cement industry emissions of governance,the overall stability of the atmospheric environmental quality and gradually improve,avoid regional air pollution is serious,has become the main target of the current and future period of air pollution control work.
