摘要
现时检测水中菌落总数的方法有国家标准的平皿计数法和地方标准的复合酶底物法,通过能力验证和实验室间比对,科学分析少量数据并得出结果,两种方法的结果均接近样品真值,其中复合酶底物法呈现的结果更准确,不需要在无菌条件下操作,在实验室经验成本条件允许下可推广该技术。使用平皿计数法比较两种不同形态的菌种,结果得出当菌种体积越小、体液越深,在培养的时候越容易分辨个数,得出的结果越准确。
There are two methods to test HPC in water environment. One is traditional plate counts method,the other is SimPlate method. A proficiency testing with scientific data analysis,the testing result turned out that the SimPlate value is closer the true value than the traditional method. SimPlate method also can operate outside the aseptic environment. Moreover,two different colony samples were observed under microscope,a smaller shape and deeper color is easier to count.
