摘要
项目选用回转窑作为焚烧系统的主体设备处理医疗废物和其它危险废物,其外排烟气经过净化处理后符合《危险废物焚烧污染物控制标准》(GB18484-2001)要求,运行经验表明,焚烧的进料系统是非常关键的一环,也是故障率出现较高的环节,在工艺设计初期应充分考虑,医疗废物和其它危险废物混烧的回转窑L/D比建议在4.5左右,系统防腐要全面,必须每个部位都防腐到位。
In this project,a rotary kiln is used as the key equipment of the incineration system to treat medical wastes and other hazardous wastes. After purification treatment,the discharged exhaust gases were in line with the standard of"Pollution control standard for hazardous wastes incineration( GB1848-2001) ". According to the operating experience,the waste feed is a critical step of incineration system as well as a high failure rate step. Therefore,the waste feed system should be carefully considered at the early process design stage. The L/D ratio of the rotary kiln,where the mixture of medical wastes and other hazardous wastes was burned,is suggested to be approximately 4. 5. The anticorrosion should be done well at every part of the incineration system.
