江苏省国家教育考试标准化考点系统管理的调研分析与对策研究

Research and Analysis on the Management of the Jiangsu Standardized National Education Examination Centers System

本文以江苏省教育考试标准化考点系统管理为研究对象,通过对技术队伍、网络基础设施建设、日常管理中的工作重点和难点进行调研,结合当前国际领先的管理理论基础及ISO9001与ISO/IEC19796标准,提出两个观点:一是通过强化两个窗口建设、优化管理流程、提高服务效能来突出工作重点;二是以科研创新为引导,推动智能化升级改造来破解当前工作中出现的管理难题。

In this paper, the system management of standardized examination sites in education testing of Jiangsu Province is the main study object. Through our investigation and survey of the key and difficult points in technical staffs, network infrastructure construction and daily management, and combining the international advanced management theory, ISO9001 Standard and ISO/IEC19796 Standard, two points have been presented. One point is highlighting key works by strength the construction of‘two windows’, optimize the management process and improve service efficiency. And another point is solving management problems in current work through the lead of scientific research innovation and the upgrading and reconstruction of intelligence.
