天津市社区体育活动点现状调查及发展对策研究

The Research on the Investigation and Development Strategies of Tianjin Community Exercise Places

运用文献分析、问卷调查和数理统计等方法 ,分析了天津市体育活动点的形成、规模、成员、时间、地点、内容、目的、经费、管理以及面临的主要困难。在现状调查的基础上 ,提出了天津市社区体育活动点的发展对策 :积极培育与加强管理并重 ;区别对待 ,分类管理 ;重视业务指导和财务支持 ;加强财务监督 ,保障合法经营。

With the methods of literature, questionnaire and statistics, the authors discussed the formation, participations, time, locations, intention, funds, management of Tianjin community sport activity areas and difficulties faced by this activity. Based on the investigation of the current situation, the authors provided the strategies which contained cultivating actively and reinforcing management, distinguishing and classifying management, considering guidance and finance supporting, strengthening financial supervision, undertaking legitimation running.
