阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年女性绝经后骨质疏松的临床疗效及安全性

The Efficacy and Safety of Alendronate in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Osteoporosis

目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的疗效和安全性。方法选取2012年3月至2015年3月于肇庆市高要人民医院就诊的门诊或住院的绝经期超过1年的骨质疏松症患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者口服维D2磷葡钙片,观察组患者在对照组基础上每周固定1天加服阿仑膦酸钠片,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果给药前后,两组患者血钙、血磷、血镁水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);给药后,观察组患者的ALP、BALP、BGP、PICP、TRACP-5b水平均明显低于对照组,BMD水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者给药后血清ALT、AST、SCr及BUN水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.069,P>0.05)。结论口服阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经期女性骨质疏松安全有效。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of alendronate in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods From March 2012 to March 2015 in Zhaoqing City People＇s hospital to go to the clinic or hospital for more than 1 years of menopause,osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 30 cases.The control group received vitamin D2 phosphate glucose calcium,patients in the observation group in the control group based on the weekly 1 day of Alendronate Sodium Tablets,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before and after the treatment,two groups of patients with serum calcium,serum phosphorus,serum magnesium level showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after adminis- tration,the observation group of patients with ALP, BALP, BGP, PICP and TRACP-Sb levels were significantly lower than the control group,the level of BMD was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the two groups of patients after administration of serum ALT, AST, SCr and BUN levels showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）;two patients with adverse reaction rate had no significant difference （χ^2=2.069,P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Oral alendronate in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.
