孟鲁斯特纳对反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者临床疗效、不良反应及复发率的影响

目的探讨孟鲁斯特纳对反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者临床疗效、不良反应及复发率的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月于辽宁阜新市矿务集团总医院接受临床治疗的50例反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用孟鲁斯特纳进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生及病情复发情况、尿生化指标。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者尿中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、微量白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论给予反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者孟鲁斯特纳治疗,能够有效降低不良反应率及复发率,提高临床疗效,改善患者的生命质量。

Objective To explore the meng Ruth Turner of recurrent allergic purpura patients clinical curative effect, adverse reaction and the influence of the recurrence rate.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016 in Liaoning General Hospital of Fuxin mining group received clinical treatment of 50 cases of patients with recurrent allergic purpura as the research object,according to the different treatment methods will be divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each.The control group were given routine treatment,patients in the observation group in the control group on the basis of using montelukast sodium for treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and disease recurrence and urine biochemical indexes.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;after treatment, observation group of patients with urinary protein in immunoglobulin （IgG）,albumin（AIb）,transferrin（TRF）,β2-micro- globulin（β2-MG） were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Repeated relapsing allergic purpura patients＇ meng Ruth Turner treatment,can effectively reduce the adverse reaction rate of the patients and the recurrence rate,improve the clinical curative effect,improve the patient＇s quality of life,is worth to recommend.
