非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖及肝功能的检验价值

Value of serum lipid,blood glucose and liver function in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖及肝功能检验的临床价值。方法收集2013年5月至2014年10月期间我院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者50例并将其作为观察组,选取与观察组同期来我院进行健康体检的健康研究对象50名并将其作为对照组,两组研究对象均检测血脂指标(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C),肝功能指标(ALT、AST、GGT),血糖(FBG)。结果观察组的FBG水平明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平与对照组比较更高,HDL-C与对照组比较更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的ALT、AST、GGT与对照组比较更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血脂、血糖紊乱,存在明显肝功能受损,对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血脂、血糖及肝功能进行检测有助于对疾病的诊断,并可为临床治疗方案的制定提供有价值的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum lipids, blood glucose and liver function tests in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 50 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to our hospital from May, 2013 to October, 2014 were selected as observation group. 50 healthy subjects were selected on the same period as the the observation group. Blood lipid index （TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C） , liver function （ALT, AST, GGT） and blood glucose （FBG） were measured in the two groups.Results The level of FBG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the HDL-C was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The ALT, AST, GGT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The non-alcoholic fatty liver patients with lipid, blood glucose disorders, there are significant liver dysfunction, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with blood lipids, blood glucose and liver function testing will help the diagnosis of disease, and for clinical treatment, which can provide valuable reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan.
