摘要
目的研究分析母亲食物回避在过敏性疾病婴儿纯母乳喂养中的作用。方法抽取2014年1月至2015年1月,在本院儿童保健门诊就诊的0~2个月婴儿纯母乳喂养伴有不同程度的食物过敏症状且仅食物s Ig E检测阳性82例,根据婴儿食物过敏s Ig E情况,母亲食物回避并继续纯母乳喂养,观察婴儿过敏性症状变化情况。结果食物回避前存在湿疹70例,食物回避后症状缓解66例,χ~2=43.841,P=0.000;食物回避前存在腹泻/便秘36例,食物回避后症状缓解32例,χ~2=19.799,P=0.000;食物回避前存在体重下降22例,食物回避后症状缓解20例,χ~2=12.728,P=0.000。差异均有统计学意义。结论母亲食物回避对存在Ig E介导的食物过敏婴儿纯母乳喂养促进正常生长发育是有利的。
Objective To study the effect of maternal food avoidance on pure breastfeeding in infants with allergic diseases.Methods Samples extracted between January 2014 and January 2015 at Huadu hospital child health clinic with exclusively breastfed infants from the age 0- 2 months showing varying degrees of food allergies and food sIgE test positive with only 82 cases. According to infants with different levels of Food allergy sIgE, mothers kept breastfeeding with food avoidance. Observed the changes in allergic symptoms. Results Eczema before food avoidance 70 cases and after reduced to 66 cases with food avoidance, X2= 43.841, P= 0.000. Diarrhea/constipation before food avoidance 36 cases and after reduced to 32 cases with food avoidance, X2 = 19.799 ,P= 0.000. Weight loss before food avoidance 22 cases and after reduced to 20 cases with food avoidance, X2= 12.728, P = 0. 000. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Mother's food avoidance is beneficial for exclusively breastfed infants with IgE-mediated Food allergy and promotes a normal growth.
