盐酸左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星滴眼液对细菌性角膜炎的疗效和安全性对比

Comparison of efficacy and safety of levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin eye drops in treatment of bacterial keratitis

目的观察比较盐酸左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星滴眼液对细菌性角膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法将2014年6月至2015年6月期间本院收治的100例细菌性角膜炎患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予氧氟沙星滴眼液,观察组接受盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗。比较两组疗效与不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的细菌转阴率为84.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05)。用药期间两组均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎效果满意,可有效抑制致病病原菌,具有良好的耐受性以及安全性,临床应予以推广使用。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of bacterial keratitis. Methods 100 cases of bacterial conjunctivitis from June to 2015 in June 2014 were divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given levofloxacin eye drops, and the observation group received levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops. The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, significantly higher than the control group 76.0% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The negative rate of bacteria of the observation group was 84%, significantly higher than the control group 72% （P〈0.05）. There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusions Levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratitis, can effectively inhibit the pathogenic bacteria, has a good tolerability and safety, clinical application should be promoted.
