摘要
为研究草鱼、鲢鱼感染细菌性疾病及临床合理用药提供理论依据,从草鱼、鲢鱼脾脏分离3株优势菌分别进行人工感染、生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因序列分析及药敏试验。结果表明,3株优势菌均为革兰染色阴性杆菌,人工感染试验证实均为致病菌。11种药物敏感试验表明,3株分离菌均对氟苯尼考敏感,而对红霉素、阿奇霉素、强力霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、环丙沙星耐药。该结果可为研究鱼类杀鲑气单胞菌的鉴定及预防鱼类细菌性疾病提供依据。
The research was aimed to study the reasonable drag application for the infected bacterial diseases of Ctenopharyngodon idella and Silvercarps, in the clinic. The pathogens were isolated from spleens of diseased silvercarps and C. idellus. They were donfinned to be the pathogens of the disease by artificial infection experlments,biochemical identification, 16 srRNA gene sequence analysis and drug sensitivity test. The results showed that the isolated strains were pathogenic Gram-negative bacterium. The 11 durgs sensitive test indicated that all isolates were sensitive to Florfcnicol, resistant to Erythrocin,Azithromycin,Doxycycline,Sulfamerazine, and Ciprofloxacin. h will offer references for rapid identification of Aeromonas salmonicida and treatment of the fish disease.
