三种口服避孕药对女大学生体液调节的影响

The Effect of Three Oral Contraceptives on Regulation of Body Fluid in the Female College Students

将21名健康女大学生分为三组,分别服用口服避孕药妈富隆、敏定偶、18-甲基炔诺酮进行人工月经周期调整,对服药前后受试者的体重、体液百分比、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)、醛固酮(ALD)、心房钠尿肽(ANP)、雌二醇、孕酮、血浆容量变化等指标进行检测,研究口服避孕药对女性性激素及体重和体液调节的影响.结果表明:服用三种口服避孕药后,机体垂体-卵巢轴激素均降低,表明外源性性激素抑制了体内内源性性激素;妈富隆和敏定偶不引起体液潴留,18-甲基炔诺酮对体液调节敏感者可能会引起体液潴留,所以在使用时应考虑个体间的差异.

Twenty-one healthy female students with regular menstrual cycles and with no contraindications to OCs use volunteered to participate in this study. All subjects were randomly divided into three groups and separately taken oral contraceptive named Mawelon, Minulet and 18-methylic norethindrone. The index were tested including body weight, body fat percent, and total body water quantity, hematocrit （HCT）, hemoglobin （Hb）, arginine vasopressin （AVP）, aldosterone （ALD）, atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP）, body fluid percent derived from the ratio of total body water quantity to body weight. The purpose was to investigate the effects of three oral contraceptives （OCs） in the process of regulating menstrual cycle on regulation of body fluid. The result indicated that exogenous hormone of estrogen and progesterone inhibited endogenous hormone of E2,P. There was a trend of fluid retention in the subjects who taking 18-methylic norethindrone, so we need to consider the individual difference applying this oral contraceptive. But this trend wasn＇t appear in the subjects who taking Mawelon and Minulet.
