摘要
将抛锚式教学模式运用于高校体育与健康课程的排球选项课教学中,并进行了实验研究.结果表明,与传统教学模式相比,抛锚式教学模式能够更好地提升学生在排球运动方面的技能,提高学习兴趣及人际交往能力、自主学习能力和团队合作能力.
The anchored instruction mode in college elective course of volleyball was applied and studied. The results indicated that compared with the traditional teaching mode, the anchored teaching mode can improve the students' lots of ability, such us volleyball skills, learning interest and interpersonal communication, autonomous learning ability and teamwork spirits.
