Er,Cr:YSGG水激光在慢性根尖周炎治疗中的应用

The effect of Er,Cr:YSGG water laser on the chronic periapical periodontitis

目的探讨水激光在慢性根尖周炎治疗中的效果。方法 230颗慢性根尖周炎患牙,随机分成三组:A组76颗患牙采用水激光根管消毒后热牙胶垂直加压技术充填;B组76颗患牙采用水激光根管消毒后封氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂1周后热牙胶垂直加压技术充填;C组78颗患牙采用根管预备后封氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂1周后热牙胶垂直加压技术充填。根充后1周,1年分别复诊,观察疗效。结果根管充填术后1周复查,出现根管治疗术后急症病例比例分别为:A组6.6%,B组6.6%,C组7.6%。三组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根管充填术后1年复查,三组治疗成功率分别为A组94.7%,B组96.0%,C组为84.6%。A、B两组成功率无差异(P>0.05),A、B两组成功率均优于C组(P<0.05〉。结论在慢性根尖周炎治疗中,利用水激光进行根管消毒(A组),水激光联合氢氧化钙根管消毒(B组),氢氧化钙根管消毒(C组)三种根管消毒方法根充后近期出现明显疼痛几率无差异。远期治疗成功率A、B两组无差异,A、B两组均明显优于C组。

Objective This article explores the effect of water laser in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 230 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis teeth were randomly divided into three groups：group A 76 teeth were treated with water laser root canal disinfection followed with thermoplasticized gutta-perch injection;group B 76 teeth were treated with water laser root canal disinfection,and sealed with calcium hydroxide root canal sterilization paste 1 week after the thermoplasticized gutta-perch injection; C group of 78 teeth using the root canal preparation followed calcium hydroxide root canal sterilization paste sealed 1 week after the thermoplasticized gutta-perch injection.Root after 1 week,1 year were referral,observation of efficacy.Results One week after root canal filling,the proportion of acute cases after root canal treatment was 6.6% in group A,6.6% in group B and 7.6%in group C,respectively.There was no significant difference between the three groups（P〉0.05）.One year after root canal filling,the success rates of the three groups were 94.7% in group A,96.0% in group B and 84.6% in group C,respectively.There was no significant difference in the success rate between group A and group B（P〉0.05）and the success rates of group A and B were better than those of group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Er,Cr：YSGG water laser treatment could be a valuable tool for root canal disinfection during endodontic treatment.
