氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合青鹏软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效分析

The effect of butyl flufenamate ointment combined with Qingpeng ointment in treatment of chronic eczema

目的探究氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合青鹏软膏治疗慢性湿疹临床效果。方法收集2011-05~2014-05在我院皮肤科收治的120例慢性湿疹患者的临床资料,随机分配为观察组及对照组,对照组采用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合青鹏软膏治疗。统计4周内两组患者治疗前后瘙痒、红斑、丘疹、鳞屑或结痂、浸润或苔藓样变的评分、痊愈率、有效率及不良反应等。结果两组患者治疗后皮损区TSS较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前及治疗后第1周皮损区TSS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2周、3周、4周观察组皮损区TSS明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗4周后观察组和对照组患者痊愈率为35.0%及16.7%,有效率分别为91.7%及75.0%,观察组患者痊愈率及有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不可耐受的不良反应,两组不良反应发生率为13.3%、10%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合青鹏软膏能有效缓解慢性湿疹临床症状,疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of butyl flufenamate ointment combined with Qingpeng ointment in treatment of chronic eczema.Methods One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed as chronic eczema and met criterions were collected from May 2010 to May 2014 in dermatology clinic.They were randomly divided into two groups：observer group and control group.The general information of the two groups were comparable.The patients of the control group received butyl flufenamate ointment and the patients of the observer group received Qingpeng ointment on the basis of the control group.The score of itching,erythema,papules,scaly or crusted,infiltration or lichenification,cure rate,efficiency and adverse reactions were recorded in two groups.Results The TSS of lesion area in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05） and had no significant difference before treatment and at 1 week after treatment（P〉0.05）.The TSS of lesion area in observer groups were lower than those in control group at 2 week,3 week and 4 week after treatment（P〈0.05）.The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 35.0%,16.7% at 4 week after treatment,respectively.The efficiency of two groups were 91.7% and75.0% respectively.The cure rate and efficiency of the observer group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Drug-related adverse reactions were not found during treatment.The adverse reaction rates of two groups were 13.3% and 10.0%,respectively and the difference was not statistically significane（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Butyl flufenamate ointment combined with Qingpeng ointment could effectively relieve symptoms of chronic eczema and had less adverse reaction.It was worthy to be promoted due to high efficacy and safety.
