大陆高职院校课程教学中引入服务学习的尝试——台湾地区高校服务学习模式的启示 被引量:1

摘要 服务学习是一种集社区服务与专业学习于一体的新的教学模式,它真正体现了"在做中学,在学中做"的思想。通过服务学习,学生不仅学习了知识,还学会了做人。经过二十多年的努力,台湾地区高校服务学习模式已经发展成熟。大陆高职院校可借鉴台湾地区高校的经验,在思想政治课和专业课中引入服务学习模式,将对推进高职院校课程教学改革、提高高职教育质量起到积极作用。要保障服务学习顺利实施,高职院校需要加强组织管理,加大师资队伍建设及经费支持力度。 Service learning is a new teaching mode, which combines students' community service with their professional courses' learning. It embodies the concept for students "to learn in practice and practice in learning", which helps them not only to master the knowledge but also to learn how to be a man. After over 20 years of effort, service learning mode in Taiwan has been maturely advanced. Mainland's higher vocational colleges can make good use of their experiences and introduce the mode into the ideological and political curriculum and professional courses in order to promote curriculum teaching reform and improve the teaching quality. To ensure the implementation of service learning, higher vocational colleges need to strengthen their organization and management and enhance the teaching staff construction and increase the fund support.
