商务英语专业项目驱动翻译实训教学模式构建——以海南琼海特色餐饮汉英翻译为例

On project-driven translation training mode for business English majors——Taking C-E Translation of specialty catering in Qionghai as an example

高职院校商务英语专业实训教学改革如火如荼,但以教师为中心、基于文本的传统翻译教学模式仍普遍存在。在综述项目教学相关研究的基础上,本研究以海南琼海特色餐饮汉英翻译实训教学为例,聚焦项目驱动教学设计与实施,助推商务英语专业实训教学改革,提升翻译教学效果,提高商务英语专业人才培养质量。

Business English majors in vocational colleges have been involved in practical training reform, the teacher-centered training mode featured with texts explanation, however, still exists in the overwhelming majority of colleges. Based on the literature review, this paper concentrates on the design and implementation of the project-driven training mode for C-E translation of specialty catering to improve business English talents training.
