摘要
风力发电机主箱体球墨铸铁铸件厚大端面处易产生缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷.根据该主箱体的结构特点及其铸造工艺性,提出了合理的铸造工艺方案.同时,通过理论计算和采用MAGMA软件模拟,进一步改善了主箱体的铸造工艺.实践证明,该铸造工艺是行之有效的,成功地试制成了大型球墨铸铁风电机主箱体,可为今后风能设备铸件的生产提供借鉴.
Casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity are easy to produce in large end of wind-driven generator main body of nodular iron. In the light of the structural characteristics and castability of the main body, a casting process that is suitable to the main body was put forward Meanwhile, the casting process of the main body was further improved by theoretical calculation and a MAGMA software simulation. It was confirmed that the improved casting process was good practice whereby the trial large-sized wind-driven generator main body has been successfully made from nodular iron, which may give a reference to producing wind-driven equipment castings.
