摘要
分析了导致蒸汽轮机外缸铸件热裂的因素,如铸件形状和化学成分,浇注温度等.根据分析结果,采取了控制浇注温度和硫的含量,附加合适的防裂筋等预防措施,有效地防止了外缸铸件热裂的产生.
The factors responsible for thermal cracking of turbine outer casing castings, such as shape and chemical composition of the castings, and puring temperature, etc, were analyzed. In the ligsht of above-named analysis, some precautions, for example, controls of puring temperature and sulphur content, affixation of cooling fin and so on, haye been adopted, effectively preventing the outer casing castings from thermal cracking.
