新型多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架在骨内成骨的初步评价 被引量:3

New type of porous hydroxyapatite ceramic scaffolds in bone ossification of preliminary evaluation

摘要 目的:通过研究新型多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架单独或联合屏障膜修复牙槽骨缺损的可行性。为新型多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架能否单独应用于临床提供理论基础,并通过探讨屏障膜的应用与组织工程骨联合应用对骨缺损修复的影响。方法:制作比格犬侧切牙及尖牙区牙槽骨缺损模型,大小约为4*5*2mm^3,实验通过植入材料后盖膜/不盖膜分为A、B两组;A组为多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架+生物膜组,B组为多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架组。分别于术后12周取出材料并对其进行大体观察,组织学观察,Micro-CT检查并对其进行三维重建,观察骨微结构并检测骨密度等相关参数。结果:经大体观察、组织学检查及Micro-CT检查,术后12周对AB两组骨缺损植入处的多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架取出并进行Micro-CT扫描,发现AB两组材料内均有新骨形成,且两组成骨量相当,局部成骨效果盖膜组与不盖膜组未见明显差异。结论:多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架具有较好的生物相容性及成骨效能,植入后12周生物膜对新型多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷支架的成骨效果影响不明显。 Objective: By studying the porous hydroxyapatite ceramic scaffold alone or with the feasibility of barrier membrane repair of alveolar bone defect. For new porous hydroxyapatite ceramic scaffolds can provide theoretical basis for applied to clinical, alone and by discussing the barrier membrane associated with bone tissue engineering application effects on bone defect repair. Methods: Making beagle lateral incisors and canines area alveolar bone defect model, size of about 4*5*2 mm^3, experiment through implant material back cover film/no cover film is divided into two groups A and B. Group A porous hydroxyapatite ceramic bracket +biological membrane group, group B for porous hydroxyapatite ceramic support group. Respectively in 12 weeks after surgery to take out the material for gross observation, histological observation and immunohistochemical examination, micro-CT examination. Results: By gross observation, histological examination and immunohistochemical and micro-CT examination, 12 weeks after AB two groups within the porous hydroxyapatite implant bone defect were new bone formation, and two of bone time, local osteogenesis effect tectorial membrane and does not cover membrane group, no significant differences. Conclusion: Porous hydroxyapatite ceramic bracket has good biocompatibility and osteogenesis performance, 12 weeks after implantation bio-film's influence on its effect is not obvious.
