种植固定—活动结合修复综合疗法对患者牙列缺失修复的作用影响

Plant fixed-activities combined with repair of comprehensive therapy on patients with tooth missing repair effect

目的:研究种植固定—活动结合修复综合疗法对患者牙列缺失修复的作用。方法:选取从2011年3月至2015年4月,于我院接受治疗的牙列缺失患者44例。以数字法随机分为观察组及对照组各22例。对照组患者采用常规修复治疗,观察组患者则采用种植固定—活动结合修复综合疗法治疗,对比两组效果。结果:观察组患者咀嚼功能满意度、美观满意度、舒适满意度、语言功能满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均显著低于治疗前,而观察组又显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前两组TNF-α、CRP水平对比无明显差异,分别治疗后观察组TNF-α、CRP水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者牙周病、继发龋、挤压不良、基托受损发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:种植固定—活动结合修复综合疗法对患者牙列缺失修复的效果显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛,改善TNF-α、CRP水平,并降低不良反应发生。

Objective： To study the planting fixed-activities combined with rehabilitation comprehensive therapy on patients with tooth missing. Methods： Selected from March 2011 to April 2015, in the hospital for treatment of 44 patients with missing teeth with digital method were randomly divided into observation group and the control group each had 22 cases. The control group were treated by routine repair treatment, observation group of patients were using planting fixed-combined with comprehensive therapy for repair, compared two groups of effect. Results： The observation group of patients satisfaction chewing function satisfaction, beautiful, comfortable satisfaction, language function satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups after treatment VAS scores were significantly lower than before the treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Two groups before treatment TNF alpha, no obvious difference was found between CRP levels compared, respectively, after treatment TNF alpha, CRP level observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients with periodontal disease, secondary caries incidence, extrusion, the base damage were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of fixed planting-activity of comprehensive therapy on patients with tooth missing repair repair effect is remarkable, can effectively relieve patients＇ pain and improve the TNF alpha and CRP levels,and reduce the adverse reaction occurred.
