摘要
本文采用微波无皂乳液聚合法,以N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)为单体,通过改变引发剂及交联剂的用量合成了一系列聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺(PVCL)温敏型微凝胶。用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)及激光粒度仪(DLS)对其结构、形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明:目标产物成功合成,粒子形貌呈球形单分散;引发剂以及交联剂用量对PVCL微凝胶的低临界相转变温度(LCST)影响不大,但对粒子的尺寸及粒子溶胀能力影响较大;当交联剂用量5%,引发剂用量1.5%时得到的微凝胶综合性能较好。
Poly N-Vinylcaprolactam (PVCL) microgel was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization with N-Vinylcaprolactam (NVCL) used as the thermosensitivemonomer.A series of microgels were synthesized by changing the dosage of initiator and cross-links. The microgels were characterized via Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic laser light scattering (DLS). The results indicate that the successful synthesis of the target product, the spherical monodisperse morphology of microgels and different dosage of initiator and cross-links on the microgels cannot impact on the LCST of the microgels but on the size and swelling force of the particles, moreover, we found that when the dosage of cross-links is 5%, the dosage of inititor is 1.5%, the microgel has good comprehensive performance.
