摘要
以丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯(MPEGA)和异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯基醚(TPEG)作为大单体,与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和交联剂聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA),在引发剂和链转移剂的作用下,进行共聚反应,合成一种具有交联结构的高适应性聚羧酸保坍剂SR-400,并对其进行了净浆流动度和混凝土性能测试。试验结果表明,该保坍剂与不同水泥、劣质砂石料的适应性好,不仅能实现长时间坍落度的保持,而且能保证混凝土长时间具有良好的和易性,同时也不影响混凝土的后期强度。
With polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate and isobutyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as macromonomer, and acrylic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate and cross-linking agent polyethylene glycol diacrylate, under the action of initiator and chain transfer, highly adaptability polycarboxylate slump retention agent SR-400 with cross-linked structure was synthesized by copolymerization. And its performance was tested. The results show that the slumping agent has good adaptability with different cement and poor quality sand and gravel, which not only can achieve long time slump retention, but also can ensure the concrete has good workability for a long time, and also does not affect the concrete late strength.
