摘要
本文通过自由基接枝共聚的方法用甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯同时改性环氧树脂,制备了稳定的水性环氧树脂乳液;对固化剂三乙烯四胺进行改性,然后加入颜填料和各种助剂制备了水性环氧涂料。经测试该新型水性环氧涂料具有优良的综合性能。
Epoxy resin was modified with methylacrylic acid, butyl acrylate and styrene by free radical grafting copolymerization. Then the stable epoxy resin emulsion was prepared. In addition the curing agent of triethylene tetramine was modified. After adding various additives, the water-epoxy coating was prepared, which has excellent comprehensive performance.
