摘要
快速病理组织处理系统对临床快速诊断具有非常重要的意义,其中试剂管理子系统是整个系统的核心之一.本文采用带有大减速比的减速器配步进电机驱动自制的磁芯旋转开关,实现了试剂的精确和自动化管理.系统以STM32F103为核心控制芯片,在uC/OS平台上进行系统搭建及测试,实现了快速病理组织处理系统中试剂的自动管理、处理缸的清洗以及必要的恒温控制.
Rapid pathological tissue processing system is very important for clinical rapid diagnosis.Reagent management subsystem is one of the core of the whole system.We use a stepping motor for driving home-made rotary switch.So we can achieve the precise and automated management of reagents.The system is based on STM32F103 as the core control chip.The system is built on the uC/OS.It realizes the automatic management of reagents,the cleaning of the processing cylinder and the necessary constant temperature control.
