摘要
通过在振幅掩膜上的六孔加不同的相位模拟产生了多种二维光子晶格波场,并对模拟得出晶格波场进行分析比较.此外,在该掩膜上的六孔中心加一孔,并施加不同拓扑荷的涡旋相位生成了相应的三维六角晶格波场,这对三维微结构的制作及光在其中传播的特性的研究具有一定意义.
The varieties of two-dimensional photonic lattices were obtained by adding different phase modulation on high-precision mask with six holes,and simulation results were compared.When a hole is added in the center of the mask,the corresponding three-dimensional lattice wave fields were generated by the mask with vortex phase of different topological charges.It has certain significance for the fabrication of three dimensional microstructure and the investigations into transmission behavior of light in crystals.
