摘要
2015年对济南大明湖景观水体进行了浮游植物结构群落和水质状况调查研究,结合生物监测和理化监测手段,对水体进行了综合评价.共鉴定出浮游植物6门36种,浮游植物以硅藻门和绿藻门的种类占优势.从浮游植物优势种、群落结构特征以及多样性指数分析评价得出,大明湖景区水体污染程度为中污染型,水体营养水平总体处于中营养状态,但有向富营养化过渡的趋势.
A survey on the community structure of phytoplanktons in Jinan Darming lake landscape,as well as the physical-chemical indexes of water quality were conducted in 2015 by biological,physical and chemical monitoring.Phytoplankton were identified 6 phyla,36 species,of which B acillariophyta and Chlorophyta accounted for most of the ratio.The evaluation of the Daming lake were made according to phytoplankton dominant species,community structure characteristics and the diversity index analysis.It showed that water quality was at medium pollution atate and overall at mesotrophe level,but to the eutrophication trend of transition.
