呼和浩特市5种绿化植物生理生化特性的研究 被引量:2

THE RESEARCH OF HOHHOT 5 KINDS OF GREENING PLANT PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS

摘要 城市园林绿化树种的选择,是城市园林绿化成败的关键环节。为探究不同绿化植物对城市绿化树种适宜性的选择,以5种绿化植物(白丁香、华北珍珠梅、榆叶梅、山桃和红瑞木)为研究对象,通过测定与分析5种观赏植物的饱和亏缺及生理生化特性指标,利用隶属函数法综合评判出城市绿化树种。结果表明:(1)榆叶梅的自然饱和亏缺和临界饱和亏缺最大,与其他植物种差异显著(P<0.05);白丁香的需水程度最大。(2)Chla、Chlb、Chlt含量依次为:华北珍珠梅>榆叶梅>白丁香>红瑞木>山桃;类胡萝卜素差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)POD、SOD和CAT活性最大的依次为:华北珍珠梅、红瑞木和山桃,均与其他植物种差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)MDA、Pro和REC含量最大的依次为:榆叶梅、红瑞木和白丁香,均与其他植物种差异显著(P<0.05)。(5)利用隶属函数法综合评定,适宜性最佳的绿化植物种为山桃。 The choice of tree species in urban landscaping is the key link of the success or failure of urban landscaping. In order to explore the suitability of different greening plants in urban greening tree species, 5 kinds of greening plant (Syringa oblata, Sorbaria kirilowii, Amygdalus triloba, Amygdalus davidiana, Cornus alba) as the research object in this study. By measuring and analyzing the saturation deficit and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of 5 kinds of ornamental plants, the suitable urban greening tree species were judged by the method of membership function. Results showed: ①Natural saturation deficit and critical saturation deficit of Amygdalus triloba reached maximum, significantly different from other plant species (P 〈 0. 05 ). The water demand of Sy- ringa oblata is the largest. ②The contents of Chla, Chlb and Chit were in turn : Sorbaria kirilowii 〉 Amygdalus triloba 〉 Syringa obla- ta 〉Cornus alba 〉 Amygdalus davidiana. Carotenoid difference was not significant (P 〉 0. 05) . ③POD, SOD and CAT activity were the largest: Sorbaria kirilowii, Comus alba and Amygdalus davidiana, significantly different from other plant species (P 〈 0. 05) . ④MDA, Pro and REC content of the largest followed by : Amygdalus triloba, Comus alba and Syringa oblata, significantly differentfrom other plant species (P 〈 0. 05). ⑤Comprehensive evaluation of membership function method, the suitability of best greening plant species of Amygdalus davidiana.
