摘要
中央翼盒与外翼及机身相连,承受和传递重要的飞机载荷。中央翼盒又是整体油箱,也是机身增压舱的气密线之一,是中机身客舱地板的支持构件,所以中央翼盒设计的好坏直接决定着整架飞机设计的成败。随着材料科学及制造能力的提升,现代民用飞机的翼盒设计也出现了不同的思路和方案。下面就以相同座位级别的不同时期的方案一飞机和方案二飞机的翼盒设计对比,来展示复合材料在飞机设计中的应用。
That center wing box is jointed with fuselage bears and transfers plane load. The center wing box is also both fuel box and the fuselage, pressure cabin, and it supports the mid fuselage cabin floor, so the design of the center wing box is significant for the plane project. There appears different thought and plans for the center wing box of the commercial plane with the material science and the manufacture technique improving. This paper pres- ents the application of composite material in the design of aircraft by comparing between the Project lplane and the Project 2 plane.
