The Effect of α-linolenic Acid on Mouse Stamina

目的:探究α-亚麻酸对小鼠耐力的影响。方法:采用α-亚麻酸喂食昆明小鼠进行耐缺氧和力竭实验。结果:实验组小鼠耐缺氧能力好于对照组(P<0.05),实验组与对照组力竭游泳时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α-亚麻酸可以增强小鼠的耐力。

Objective： To explore the effect of α-linolenic acid on mouse stamina. Methods： Kunming mouse were used for test of ability of bearing hypoxia and exhaust experiment. Results： The hypoxia tolerance ability of experimental group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the exhausted swimming time between experimental group and control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： α-linolenic acid has proved to promote the stamina of mouse.
