Financial affairs are at the core of an economic system, and in close relation with the creation of material wealth. Chen Yun came up with lots of thoughts on finance and economy and put them into practice. These achievements played an important part in the development of Chinese revolution and raising standard living in the base area and provided an effective model for the development of perfection of financial and economic theories of new China.
