摘要
从课程设计的角度对比了《客户管理实务》课程教学设计改进前后的教学效果,强化了"以学生为中心"的教学改进思路;对于提高《客户管理实务》课程的教学水平、拓宽课程教学研究的思路,具有一定的实践意义。
From the perspective of curriculum design, this paper compares the teaching effect before and after the improvement of Customer Management Practice, strengthens the "students-oriented" teaching improvement ideas, improves this curriculum teaching level, and broadens the teaching research ways, which has a certain practical significance.
