摘要
文章通过梳理现代学徒制的概念和本质特征,辨析西方现代学徒制探索的有益经验和不足,提出构建中国特色"四位一体"学徒制实现路径,开拓中国学徒制实践本土化、多元化、前沿化的探索新思路。
This paper tries to sort out the conception and essence of modern apprenticeship, analyzes the beneficial experiences and shortcomings of modern western apprenticeship exploration, puts forward the construction of four-in-one apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics, and explores localized, diversified, and front new ideas.
