摘要
大学生就业是当下备受社会和高校关注的话题,大学生要顺利就业就必须具备相应的职业能力。在分析能力的涵义、技能的类别及其内涵等的基础上,提出培养大学生全面职业能力的策略。
The college students＇ employment has been paid attention by both society and colleges. It is necessary to have the corresponding professional ability if college students try to get a job smoothly. Based on the analysis of the meaning of ability, skills category and its connotation, this paper raises the strategy of cultivating college students＇ comprehensive vocational ability.
